Shrimp with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 Large can Plum Tomatoes
- 2 pounds shrimp
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 ounce white wine
- Pinch of Oregano
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown garlic in oil. Add Tomatoes and simmer 20 - 30 minutes. Add spice seasoning and wine. Saute shrimps separate in olive oil for 5 minutes. Discard oil and add shrimp to sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
Use fresh basil if available instead of dried and double the quantity.
