Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • blend in:
  • 1 cup (2 Sticks) butter - no substitutions - I only use half
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs - one at a time
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 6 slices of white bread, cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first three ingredients in mixer. Then blend in last two ingredients.

Pour into a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish (or 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish) at 350 for 1 hour.

Makes 6 to 8.
