Ingredients
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- 2 tbsp chives, raw
- Canola cooking oil spray
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 16 oz. salmon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place lime juice, garlic, chives and pepper in a shallow dish and mix together.
2. Add four 4 oz salmon fillets to marinade and set aside turning several times for 5-10 minutes.
3. Drain salmon.
4. Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
5. Add salmon and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes.
