Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil or veg oil
- 1/4 c lukewarm water

Step 1
Shift flour and salt into lg bowl add eggs, oil and water work together to make a stiff dough
Knead dough on board (do not add additional flour) 10 min or until soft and smooth, wrap dough in plastic wrap. Let stand 20 min. Cut into quarters, keep dough you are not working with covered.
Roll out dough on board to an 8x8 inch square ( do not use more flour) if it sticks sprinkle board w/corn starch
Cut dough into 4x4 inch squares and lay in a single layer on clean towels to dry for 1hr
