One-Bowl Apple Cake

Ingredients

1 Pkg. (3 oz.) Raspberry or Cherry Gelatin
1 Cup Boiling Water
1 1/2 Cups Applesauce
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Blend in applesauce and lemon juice. Pour into lightly greased jello mold or serving dish. Chill until firm. Unfold and serve with sour cream or mayonnaise.
