Ingredients

  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 box Giradelli brownie mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place pretzels in food processor until coarsely ground. Move to mixing bowl.

Melt butter in microwave - allow to cool slightly. Once cooled add to ground pretzels. Add sugar and mix well.

Line the bottom of a 9x13 pyrex baking dish with parchment paper. Allow paper to hang over the edge of baking dish to create an edge to grasp after baking.

Pat pretzel mixture on top of parchment-papered baking dish. Allow to cool completely.

Mix brownie batter as directed on box. Pour over crust and bake according to brownie package directions. Allow to cool completely. Pull out brownies using parchment paper and cut into squares.
