Ultimate Corckpot Nacho Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash onion powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (16 oz) jars salsa
  • 15 ox refried beans
  • 1 1/2 Cup sour cream
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • I added a 1/2 cup of Cheese Whiz which is optional but gave a bit more flavor.

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet brown ground beef, drain, add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic. In a crockpot combine the beef, salsa, beans, sour cream and 2 cups of the cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese
