Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. stevia
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet brown the ground beef over med. heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl for the sauce.
Drain any fat from ground beef, remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan heat the olive oil, add green onion, garlic and cabbage. Stir fry until cabbage is slightly wilted and tender.
Stir in sauce and add the meat; stir to combine. Serve hot.
