Raisin Nut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup seedless raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and flour. Add water. Bring to boiling point. Add salt, lemon juice and raisins. Simmer 5 min. Add nuts and butter. Cook until butter melts. Serve with ham.
