Ingredients
- 2 250g pkg cream cheese
- 2 cups(250g) cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped red pepper
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- dash of cayenne and salt
- finely chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix well. Chill. shape mixture into a log approximately 8" long. Roll in nuts. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with crackers or melba toast.
