Rhubarb and Pineapple Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 can(19 oz) crushed pineapple, not drained
  • 2 small or 1 large pkg strawberry jello powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix rhubarb and sugar. Add pineapple. Place on high heat and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and boil for 20 min. remove from heat and stir in jello powder until dissolved. Bottle and enjoy.
