Sratch Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 stick (8 tablespoons) butter
  • 4 squares (4oz) unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt together butter and unsweetened chocolate and take the saucepan off the heat.

Stir in sugar, add eggs and vanilla, and beat the mixture well.

Stir in all-purpose flour and salt. Pour batter in pan. Sprinkle pecans on top.

Bake the brownies in a greased 13x9 glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
