  • 3 tablespoons turkey sausage
  • 2 tablespoons spinach
  • 3 tablespoons onion
  • 3 tablespoon tomato
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 (8 inch) whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put your 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non stick pan on low. Next, chop your peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach, and turkey sausage. Then, measure 3 tablespoons out in the peppers, onions, tomatoes, and turkey sausage. Put it in your non stick pan. Next, measure 2 tablespoons of spinach. Put in your non stick pan. Then, crack your 3 eggs and whisk then with a tablespoon water. Next, pur your eggs over the peppers, onions, spinach, turkey sausage, and tomatoes. Let your eggs cook on medium heat for until you are able to flip it into an omelette. Then, separate your omelette into half and flip onto the other side. Let then cook for another minute. Next, take them out of the pan and place each half into each whole west wrap. Then, role the wrap with the eggs in it tight. So it looks like a breakfast burrito. Last, place the burrito on the open side down and cut into sushi looking bites.
