Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup each: horseradish, vinegar, catsup
- 3 t. salt
- 3 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 t. Tabasco
- 3-4 crushed garlic cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Parboil ribs in water Cook for about 1 hour 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from water.
Cook ribs slowly on grill, basting often. Approx. 30 min.
