Ingredients
- pie crust
- 7 eggs
- 1/1 /2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 lb. peppered bacon
- 1 stick butter
- onions
- mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp, remove and crumble. Pour out grease and melt butter in bacon pan. Add onions then mushrooms. Add salt to taste.
Remove and allow to cool about 20 minutes.
In large bowl beat eggs with cream.
Add grated cheese
Add cooled mushroom mixture into eggs and cream. Add bacon
Bake @ 400 for 1 hour.
