- CRUST
- 6 oz panko bread crumbs
- 2 oz chopped garlic
- 2 oz Wasabi
- 4 oz mayonnaise
- your size filet

mix crust ingredients together
sear to desired doneness
add crust to steak
broil until crust is brown and crispy
eat
