Ingredients

  • 1 3oz pkg lime jello
  • 1 C boiling water
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 3/4 C drained horseradish (1 jar)
  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 1 C whipping cream whipped

Preparation

Step 1

dissolve gelatin in bowling water add vinegar ,salt and horseradish .
allow gelatin to thicken slightly and blend in mayo
beat cream until stiff and fold into gelatin

place in oiled mold and chill until very firm

unmold and serve
