- 3 cups Bisquick biscuit mix
- 1 lb. hot sausage, uncooked
- 1 lb. shredded cheese

Step 1
Combine all 3 ingredients and mix well. Roll in balls the size of walnuts. Flatten with fork or leave in balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet or freeze and bake when needed.
