Blueberry muffins (Pesach)

Ingredients

  • 1 C sugar
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 1/2 C cake meal
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 C potato starch
  • 1 C frozen blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix oil and sugar.

2. Add eggs

3. Fold in dry ingredients

4. Add blueberries

5. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes
