Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 2 tbsp fresh dill OR 2 tsp dried dill
Preparation
Step 1
In a 2-quart saucepan, saute rice in butter until golden, stirring constantly. Add broth and onion, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in dill.
