Ingredients
- 1/2 c diced onion
- 1/2 c diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 c celery
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 T butter
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 14.5oz. can of stewed tomatoes
- 1 8oz. can of tomato sauce
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 lb. medium shrimp peeled and deveined

Preparation
Step 1
. saute veggies in melted butter, stir in cornstarch, stir in the rest of the ingredients except shrimp. Bring to a boil
. stir in the shrimp cook until done
. serve with hot rice
