Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Margarine, softened
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Applesauce
- 1 3/4 Cups Flour
- 1 Tbs. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in applesauce. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and stir just enough to moisten. Spoon into greased, miniature muffin cups. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Melt 1/2 cup margarine and pour into small bowl. Combine 1 cup sugar and cinnamon and pour into another bowl. While muffins are still warm, dip tops into melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Serve warm.
