Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. ginger, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp. garlic, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cu p chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together the ingredients and apply to the ribs after the ribs have marinated in the dry rub, in refrigerator, for an hour.
Be sure to let the ribs rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting them between the bones.
