Roll Out Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 3/4 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Do Not Chill Dough.
Dough is very stiff; use hands if necessary. Divide dough into 2 balls.
Roll dough on floured surface. Dip cutters in flour before each use.
Bake 6-7 minutes.

Cookie Icing:
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tsp. milk
2 tsp. light corn syrup
