Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups Blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour; add baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat together eggs, milk, and oil. Add dry ingredients and stir lightly to blend. Fold in blueberries. Drop by teaspoonful into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
