- 1 Head Cabbage
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbs. Flour
- 3 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar

Step 1
Cut cabbage into fine pieces. In a saucepan combine cabbage, salt and pepper, butter and water and steam until tender. Meanwhile combine egg, flour, sugar, and cream. Pour over cabbage and bring to a boil. Add vinegar and remove from heat immediately. Serve.
