Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken tenders
- 1 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 C self-rising flour
- 3/4 C milk
- 6 T butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken tenders in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink; let cool, chop and put into a medium-size casserole dish. Mix broth and soup and pour on top of chicken. Whisk flour, milk and butter together and pour slowly and evenly over the chicken. Bake at 350 for 55 - 60 minutes.
