Beefy Cheesy Enchilado Crescents

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can 4.5 oz chopped green chilies
  • 1 10 oz red enchilada sauce
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 2 cups Monterey-Colby cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 baking dish. Cook beef and chilies. Stir in 1/2 the enchilada sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on wide end and roll up. Place in dish pour enchilada sauce over crescents and top with 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake 25 minutes top with diced tomatoes.
