- 1 – 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 2 pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Jiffy cake mix
- 1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 small Cool Whip
- coconut
- chopped nuts (optional)

Step 1
Prepare Jiffy Cake mix using pineapple juice drained from crushed pineapple and water for liquid requirement. Bake and cool. Spread crushed pineapple on top of cooled cake. Beat together cream cheese, pudding, and milk. Spread this mixture on top of the crushed pineapple. Top with Cool Whip, coconut, and chopped nuts.
