Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 Cup red bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 Cup celery, minced
- 1/4 Cup green onions, sliced
- Deli Ham or Deli Turkey or Deli Roast Beef (Your Choice)
- 4 10" flour Tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl beat the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
Add red pepper, celery, onion and olives (if using) mix well.
Spread about 3/4 Cup on each tortilla.
Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for @ least 2 hours.
Slice into 1/2” pieces.
