PECAN TEA COOKIES

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Crust:
  • 1 -3 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients and form into balls. Refrigerate. Press into miniature muffin pans. Chop ¾ cup pecans. Spoon onto bottom of tart shell. Add filling, sprinkle more pecans on top. Bake.
