Ingredients
- 8 chicen breasts
- 1 Tb dijon mustard
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 Tb fresh lemon Juice
- 2 Tb rosemary, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- sea alt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all but chicken & olive oil in bowl. Slowly pour olive oil while whisking. Add chicken Cover and marinate about 30 min. Preheat oven to 375. Put chicken in baking dish and empty sauce over. Place in oven and bake approx 1 hour.
