Ingredients
- 1 can LeSeur peas, drained
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 1 c toasted pecans
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions; lightly caramelized
Process everything in a food processor.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
