Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can garbonzo beans, drained
- 2 cans light red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz. size)
- 2 cans of Tamales, paper off, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 or 2 dashes of Tabasco Sauce (optional, but I have also used a buffalo sauce instead of tobacco in this)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown the hamburger with the garlic powder and chili powder. Put the cooked hamburger in a crockpot and add all the rest of the ingredients on top of the hamburger. Stir to mix it all together. Heat 2-3 hours on high or 6 - 8 hours on low. Serve with Tortilla chips, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes and green onions layered on top. Olives are optional, but are really good with this also.
