Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 20 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can chopped green chiles
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c sour cream
  • 3 cups monterray jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except 1 cup cheese to top enchiladas. Bake in 13x9 casserole dish @ 350 for 30 minutes.
