Ingredients
- 2 Tbs margarine
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Preparation
Step 1
1 In a small bowl, combine spread and mustard. Dip chicken breasts in mustard mixture and then coat with chopped almonds. Place into 10x6x1 3/4- inch greased baking dish.
2 Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until done.
