Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Ziti or Mostaccili Pasta
  • 12 oz Chopped Cooked Chicken
  • 2 tsp Butter or Margarine
  • 1 med. Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbs All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 10 oz Frozen Peas - Defrosted & Drained
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper for Tasted

Preparation

Step 1

1 Prepare Pasta according to package directions. While Pasta is cooking, warm Butter over Med. heat in Lrg. skillet. Add Onion & cook for 3 minutes. Stir in Dijon mustard & Flour. Very gradually whisk in the Chicken broth. Bring the broth to a boil & stir in the Lemon juice, Peas, & Parsley.

2 When Pasta is done, drain it well. Toss pasta & cooked Chicken with sauce, season w/ Salt & Pepper & serve.
