- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped, add more if desired (wear rubber gloves)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime, or lemon juice
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
