Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. ground cloves
- 1 tbsp. ground coriander
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients and apply to ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Follow them up with the Asian Lime Sauce for a different twist to your favorite barbecue sauce.
