Bob's Anti Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 whole medium size onions sliced then cut in half
  • 1 stalk celery thin slices
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 8-10 black pitted olives cut in half
  • 3 large slices of sharp cheese quartered
  • pepperoni thick cut in half (amount depends on your taste
  • 1 cup large spiral pasta (measure the pasta to the top of measuring cup not the 1 cup line)
  • Olive Garden Italian Dressing if available, if not use italian dressing, start with 1/4 cup

Preparation

Step 1

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables and set aside.
Drain the cooked pasta well, add the vegetabes to the pasta along with 1/4 cup salad dressing. If to dry add more to your taste. Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour.
