Ingredients
- 1/3 c butter, melted
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 c ritz crackers
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
- 4 chicken cutlets
- parsley, to garnish

Step 1
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Combine cracker crumbs and cheese in a separate bowl. Dip chicken in butter mix; dredge in cracker crumb mix. Place on a foil lined baking sheet.
