Ingredients
- 1 lg head of Bok Choy
- 10 green onions
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c sesame seeds
- 1 SM package of silvered almonds
- 2 packs ramen noodles (oriental flavor)
- 1 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up Bok Choy and onions mix together then refrigerate
Melt butter, sauté sesame seeds, almonds and noodles until slightly browned.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
All can be made ahead of time but don't mix until just before serving.
