Chili Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 C crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 T low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 T brown sugar, packed
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dried crushed chilies
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 C skim evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingrediemts in small saucepan. Heat over medium, stirrimng constantly until liquid is well blended. Whisk flour into evaporated milk in small bowl. Slowly add to brown sugar mixture, whisking constantly, until well blended and simmering. Will thicken slightly. Serve warm or cold.
