Chicken Rollatini

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 24 slices pepperoni or salami
  • 6 provolone slices
  • 18 asparagus spears
  • 1 jar (24 0z) classic tomato and basil pasta sauce, divided
  • 1/4 c shredded romano or parmesan chees

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 350*
30-40 minutes

Half each chicken breast and pound to 1/4 inch thick. Season w/ salt and pepper.
Place 4 salami slices, 1 cheese slice, and 3 asparagus spears in center of each breast. Roll and secure w/ a toothpick. Spread 1/2 tomato sauce in bottom of 7x11 baking dish. Top w/ remaining sauce and shredded cheese.
