Garlic Spareribs (Vallerie)

  • 2 tsp diced garlic
  • 1/8 cup soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt



Step 1

Mix garlic in soy sauce and oil, pour on ribs and mix, marinade in fridge as long as you can.

Add 4 eggs and 1 cup of flour and coat ribs, add water as needed to batter consistency.

Cook on parchment paper for 1 1/2 hours at 350
