Moist Gluten Free Chocolate Cake 1 Picture


  • 200 g semi sweet chocolate
  • 350 g garbanzo beans/chick peas
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F)

2.Grease and flour a 23 cm (9 inch) round cake pan

3.Melt the chocolate using a Bain-Marie

4.Mix eggs and beans in a food processor until very smooth

5.Add sugar and baking powder and continue blending until the mixture is even

6.Pour in chocolate and mix or stir until evenly blended

7.Pour into the cake pan

8.Bake for 40 min or until a cake needle or toth pick comes out clean

9.Cool for 15 min before removing cake from pan
