Ingredients
- 12 oz.flat noddles, cooked
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/3 c all purpose flour
- 2 c chicken broth
- 3/4 c light cream
- 1/4 c white wine
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 c mushrooms, pieces
- 4 c chicken, white meat, cooked and diced
- 1/3 c parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 1/4 c butter, blend in flour, add broth and cream. Stir constantly until thickened. Add wine, salt and pepper. In separate pan melt 1/4 c butter and saute mushrooms. Combine chicken, mushrooms, and sauce. Add cooked noodles and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake350* for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
