Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese
  • Place on bottom of 9” uncooked pie shell. With whisk, whip 3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups cream, 3/4 tsp. salt, dash of cayenne pepper, nutmeg, and pepper. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie if you like nutmeg.

Bake at 375* for 35-40 minutes until knife is smooth when placed in middle of pie.
