Turkey Pot Pie

Great for left over turkey.
Double recipe but still use only one can of rolls.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c mayo
- 2 tbs all purpose flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 1/2 c chopped cooked turkey
- 1 10oz. pkg frozen mixed vegetables,
- thawed and drained
- 1 tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 boiled eggs
- 3 tsp butter
- 1 4oz. pkg crescent rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Melt mayo in a saucepan over low heat; add flour and stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over med. heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and is bubbly. Add next 6 ingredients. Spoon into a deep 9 inch quiche pan.
Unroll crescent rolls and place rectangles side by side on a floured surface. Firmly press perforations to seal; cut into 1 inch strips and arrange in a lattice design over the chicken mixture. Bake 350* for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
