Ingredients
- 1 lb. very lean ground beef
- 1/4 ts. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3 C boiling water
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can beef stock
- 1 C sliced carrots
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 C noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Crumble beef into pot and saute. Drain and rinse. Add onion and saute a few minutes longer. Add water and seasonings. Stir in tomatoes and beef stock. Add carrots, celery and zucchini. Cook for about 1 hour. Approximately 15 minutes before add noodles.
